This Nonverbal Communication training will teach you how to master the art of meta-communication by considering and addressing the gestures that interfere with your interactions. You will learn to identify and control distracting gestures, understand their impacton how your message is perceived, and adopt positive, coherent body language. Through practical exercises, you will enhance your presence, posture, and facial expressions to strengthen the impact of your interactions. You will also discover how to read and interpret the nonverbal signals of others to optimize your professional communication and better engage your audience. An essential training to become a more effective and influential communicator! What You Will Learn: In your profession—whether in management, teamwork, or client relations— nonverbal communication plays a vital main role. This training will help you to better understand and master your body language to gain impact and credibility. You will learn to spot distracting gestures that may weaken your message, correct them, and boost your presence through more confident and coherent posture. You will also develop abilities to decode the nonverbal signals of others— colleagues, clients, or partners—so you can better adapt your communication and create more fluid, effective, and authentic exchanges.
Objectifs de la formation
- Understand and recognize the importance of nonverbal communication in interactions and its role in message perception
- Learn to identify involuntary gestures, nervous tics, and other nonverbal behaviours that can undermine the effectiveness of your communication
- Understand how these gestures influence how others perceive your message and analyse concrete case studies
- Acquire techniques to eliminate distracting gestures and adopt positive gestures, reinforcing coherence between verbal and nonverbal language
- Learn to improve posture, eye contact, and facial expressions to capture and maintain audience’s attention
- Gain the ability to read and interpret nonverbal signals to improve interactions and communication in professional contexts

The trainers are experts in the subjects they teach.
- Monitoring and Evaluation : The trainer regularly evaluates the activities mentioned in the programme and provides feedback to participants. A summary of acquired skills and areas for improvement will be provided. Additional resource suggestions are offered. A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the training. The trainer is available for individual support, group facilitation, and discussion through a dedicated forum. After each sub-module, the trainer proactively checks participants’ understanding. Evaluation Methods: The trainer assesses the participant's learning progress throughout the training using quizzes, role-playing, practical exercises, etc. Participants also complete a skills assessment test before and after the training to validate the acquired competencies.
