Objectifs de la formation
- Identify different types of events and their strategic role within the company, as well as the stakeholders involved in their organization
- Evaluate the opportunity to create an event, select the appropriate format based on goals and target audience, define performance indicators within a suitable budget
- Acquire the skills to create a timeline, manage resources, coordinate stakeholders, and write a detailed event brief to ensure smooth and successful execution
- Learn to develop a communication plan, manage invitations, visual materials, and all event-related documents while controlling budget and schedule
- Supervise participant reception, handle real-time requests, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure event quality through to completion
- Analyse event results, update databases, create a detailed report, and design an action plan to promote the event internally and externally

The trainers are experts in the fields they teach.
- Monitoring and Evaluation Activities within the programme are regularly assessed by the trainer, whoprovides participants with feedback. A summary of acquired skills and areas for improvement is provided. Suggestions for additional resources are shared. A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the training. The trainer is available for individual coaching, group facilitation, and forum discussions. After each sub-module, the trainer ensures participant understanding through proactive outreach. Evaluation Methods: The trainer evaluates the participant’s progress throughout the course usingquizzes, role-playing scenarios, and practical exercises. Participants complete a pre- and post-training assessment to validateacquired skills.
