Master media relations, disseminate critical information promptly, and manage sensitive questions with composure. Through practical activities and simulations, you’ll develop proactive crisis management strategies and ensure your organization’s resilience. Learn to anticipate risks and implement effective early-warning systems to navigate crises with control. What You Will Learn This comprehensive training provides you with a solid foundation in crisis management by helping you understand the mechanisms, types, characteristics, and phases of a crisis. You will learn how to structure crisis communication effectively, activate the right protocols, and communicate information clearly and strategically. You will develop expertise in media relations — writing press releases, conducting interviews, and managing press conferences. You'll learn how to deliver messages appropriately, avoid common communication traps, and handle sensitive questions with professionalism. Post-crisis analysis will enable you to evaluate your response using key indicators, draw actionable lessons, and anticipate future risks by auditing vulnerabilities and implementing robust alert procedures.

Training sessions are led by experienced trainers who are experts in communication, crisis management, and risk assessment.
