Programme de la formation

This training aims to raise awareness and provide participants with the tools to prevent and manage workplace harassment. By exploring various forms of bullying (moral, sexual, psychological, cyber, etc.) and their consequences, you will learn to identify warning signs, adopt responsible behaviour, and implement effective strategies to create a respectful and safe work environment. Through interactive workshops, role-playing, and real-life simulations, you will develop the skills to respond to bullying situations and support victims. You'll leave with practical tools, legal resources, and a personal action plan to promote well- being and solidarity at work. Together, let’s take action for a healthier and more respectful professional environment! What You Will Learn This training will raise your awareness of the different types of workplace bullying — moral, sexual, psychological — and their impacts on individuals and/or organizations. You’ll learn to recognize the signs of harassment, understand its consequences, and implement prevention strategies to foster a respectful and caring work climate. The course will provide the tools to act effectively whether you are a witness, victim, or manager, with full knowledge of reporting procedures and legal protections. Through active listening, solidarity, and a personalized action plan, you’ll contribute to creating a healthier and safer workplace.

Objectifs de la formation

  • Understand the different forms of workplace bullying (moral, sexual, psychological, cyberbullying, etc.) and their impact on individuals and/or organizations
  • Identify the signs and recognize them in various situations
  • Analyze the consequences on victims (emotional, psychological, physical) and on the organization (productivity, work climate, team cohesion)
  • Develop prevention strategies to foster a culture of respect and care in the workplace
  • Acquire intervention skills to respond effectively to harassment situations, whether as a witness, victim, or supervisor
  • Handle and master bullying reporting procedures, understand the legal protections available to victims
  • Promote active listening and solidarity to create a safe, respectful work environment
  • Develop a personal action plan to apply best practices in your own work environment

After each sub-module, the trainer ensures participant understanding through proactive outreach. Evaluation Methods The trainer monitors participant progress throughout the course using quizzes, role-plays, and practical exercises Participants complete a pre- and post-training assessment to validate acquired skills
