Through hands-on exercises, psychological tools, and real-life role-playing, you'll learn to step out of your comfort zone, assert yourself calmly, and build ever- lasting confidence.

- Programme Implementation and Supporting Materials Activities throughout the training are regularly assessed by the trainer, who provides participants with feedback A summary of acquired skills and areas for improvement is shared Additional resources are recommended A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the programme The trainer is available for individual coaching, group facilitation, and forum discussions. After each sub-module, the trainer proactively ensures participant understanding. Evaluation Methods The trainer evaluates participant progress throughout the course via quizzes, role-playing exercises, and hands-on activities Participants also complete a pre- and post-training assessment to validate the skills acquired
