Programme de la formation
Discover your “inner reason for being” and enhance your quality of work life. This training introduces the powerful Japanese concept of Ikigai, helping you identify what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Through this exploration, you'll find balance and restore a sense of purpose to your professional life. What You Will Learn In this course, you will learn how to discover your Ikigai — the Japanese term for "reason for being" — and apply it in your professional life to improve your quality of work life. You’ll identify: what you’re passionate about, what your talents are, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Through interactive activities and self-reflection exercises, you’ll develop strategies to integrate your Ikigai into your everyday work life, bringing purpose, motivation, and long-term fulfilment.
